It takes approximately 1 hour per insole on our printer — depending on their size, density and the type of printer used.
What type of material can be used with a SOLEVATION printer?
SOLEVATION utilizes a specialized foaming TPU available for purchase on our website. Please note that using any other material in the machine is prohibited due to quality and warranty concerns.
What support does SOLEVATION offer?
We offer education about how to use our software and are having both software and hardware engineers available to deal with after sales services.

It takes approximately 1 hour per insole — depending on their size, density and the type of printer used.
How many insoles can I print per week?
With one printer you are able to print +/- 75 pairs a week.
It is possible to have a multi-printer setup?
Yes, SOLEVATION is modular and can be expanded to suit your needs.
Can I print with different densities?
SOLEVATION offers printing in soft, medium, and hard densities. Varying within a single insole is yet to be released.
Does the SOLEVATION printer require a lot of maintenance?
Maintenance requirements for the SOLEVATION printer are minimal.
What happens when the SOLEVATION printer is damaged?
Depending on the damage, it will be repaired locally or temporarily replaced until fixed.

Currently, SOLEVATION offers black, more colours are available upon request.
Software
Can I use my own devices and CAD software with SOLEVATION?
Yes, you can use your own devices and CAD-CAM software as long as it allows to export your data. Please note that the quality of scans and 3D models is the user’s responsibility.
Is SOLEVATION a closed system?
No, SOLEVATION is open but compatibility with all hardware and software is not guaranteed.
Do I need to purchase separate software?
The SOLEVATION printer includes CloudCAD 3D for designing and printing insoles.
